URL scheme for going directly to your last photo in Photos app on iOS and macOS

There's no Shortcuts action to open your most recent photo in Photos app, but it's possible to do by using this URL. For it to work as expected, though, your photo library needs to be sorted by Recently Added and not by Date Captured.
